1. Rent, fines and other payments stipulated by this contract are made in the form of non-acceptance of funds from the tenant's wallet in the "TO-MI electro" application in accordance with the landlord's tariffs.

2. The Lessee will top up the personal wallet by redirecting to the payment system page, where the Lessee will enter the details of their valid bank card and fulfill other requirements for replenishing the personal wallet in the "TO-MI electro" service.

3. By accepting this Offer, the Tenant expresses his unreserved consent not to accept the withdrawal of funds from the personal wallet in the "TO-MI electro" service, which represent rent payments, ​_22200000-0000-0000-0000-000000000022 2_fines a other payments stipulated by this Agreement.

4. For the use of the electric scooter, the lessee pays the rental fee to the lessor according to the tariffs listed in the "TO-MI electro" mobile application and on the lessor's website;

5. No VAT is charged for the Lessor's services, as he is not registered as a VAT payer.

6. Cash withdrawals for the use of the electric scooter are made immediately after the end of the use of the electric scooter (after the end of the ride).

7. In case of illegal withdrawal of funds from the tenant's wallet in the "TO-MI electro" application, the tenant has the right to contact the landlord at the phone numbers (contacts) listed on the website (https://to-mi.cz/) for the return of these funds . Each tenant's request is assessed by the landlord within 3 days. In order to resolve the issue of the return of illegally written off funds, the lessor has the right to call and send messages to the lessee in order to obtain the necessary information.

8. In the event that the lessor imposes a fine(s) on the lessee, provided that there is not enough money in the lessee's wallet, the lessor has the right to send an invoice to the lessee's email for the corresponding amount of the fine. Also to the tenant's address or mobile phone number.

9. In the event that the lessee is traveling and the balance of the wallet is not sufficient to continue the rental, we reserve the right to top up the wallet with the minimum amount of the package from the linked bank card by debiting the funds without receipt. This will allow you to continue your journey, not stopping and not wasting time topping up your balance.

10. If the tenant wants to return the funds that he has in the internal wallet of the TO-MI electro application, the tenant must write a request to the address info@to-mi.cz, indicate the name, surname, telephone number and the amount that he wants to return. Such a request is considered for 3 days and the funds will be returned within the period set by the tenant's bank.
TO-MI electro reserves the right to refund only the entire transaction, if the customer has started drawing the funds of this transaction, the balance cannot be refunded.

11. The price of renting a scooter is listed in the appendix. The rate may change during promotions and will be displayed in the TO-MI electro app in the "Scooter Unlock" window.
