  • How to get around bumps and obstacles?

Slow down and shift your body weight back. If the obstacle is serious, do not be lazy to slow down. Eelectric scooter says "thank you".

  • What can't be done during the trip?

Drinking, smoking and other activities that endanger you or those around you.

  • What if I scratch the electric scooter?

If you are eelectric scooter scratched or caused some other minor damage to it, report it to our support at info@to-mi.cz so that we can solve it quickly and you don't have to be unnecessarily nervous, because it can happen.

  • What are the weight restrictions?

100 kg

  • Can I drive with one hand?

No. This is very dangerous. High risk of losing control and falling from eelectric scooters.

  • Is it possible to ride with a dog?

You can try if you can find a way to implement this idea, but we are not sure that it will be safe for you and your pet.

  • What if the e-scooter is stolen or broken while I'm away? What is my responsibility?

Call us at +420 702181001. Then we will find out the circumstances of the event and try to resolve everything to the satisfaction of both parties.

  • Can I charge the electric scooter myself? Will I pay for charging time?

Unfortunately, you cannot charge it yourself. Leave it to us.

  • Can I wear heels? In sandals? What shoes do you need?

The main thing is that you are comfortable and stable, but if you are just taking the first steps - we recommend that you only get on the scooter in the most comfortable shoes.

  • What documents are required for registration?

A few minutes of time, a bank card and a clear conscience.

  • What injuries are considered serious?

Those that interfere with the use of the scooter, or any damage to the structure of the scooter, deformation, cracks, torn parts of the scooter.

  • What if I have seriously damaged my e-scooter?

If you have caused serious damage to the scooter that makes it difficult or impossible to use - immediately inform our support at info@to-mi.cz so that we can solve everything.

  • What if I give too much gas?

If you apply too much gas, the scooter may jump forward. In the worst case scenario, you could fall or lose control of the scooter.

Add gas slowly and gradually - this way you will always have easy control of the scooter.

  • What happens during sudden braking?

Sudden braking can also cause you to lose control of your scooter or fall. 

Use proper braking technique. Gradually increase the pressure on the brakes as the scooter slows down. When braking, lean back as if you were about to sit down - this way you use your body weight to brake effectively.

  • What happens to too much lean in corners?

Leaning slightly in corners is perfectly fine, but it is not necessary to overdo it. As you can imagine, leaning too much in a corner can result in a fall.

  • Excessive or sudden turning of the handlebars

If you turn the handlebars too much when cornering, you may find it difficult to transfer your body weight.
Also, don't turn the handlebars sharply when driving fast. Always turn slowly and smoothly if possible!

  • What are the zones for use?

The zone in which you can use the electric scooter is marked on the map in the application.
Yellow zone (will soon be active) - if you park your e-scooter in this zone, we will give you CZK 10 back as a bonus! 
The green zone is the most advantageous for trips, you can ride and park your electric scooter here. Here you have a free field of action.
Blue zone - it is forbidden to park and stop driving in this zone.
Red zone - driving is unfortunately prohibited in this zone. If you enter this zone for more than 200m, the e-scooter will turn off and a fine of CZK 50 will be deducted from your account.
